A detailed concept plan that includes a rendered plan at scale with general dimensions and hardscape quantities for a residential masterplan of the front and backyard with planting and lighting included. The Gold Plus Plan Set is for a residence with a pool designed by another contractor. If you want a custom pool designed by a Landscape Architect from Oasis, then the Platinum Plan set with Pool would be right for you. (Image is a simplified version, actual concept and perspective plans will have more detail than shown)
What's Included:
1. Initial Client Meeting (via Phone if not local to Northeast Ohio)
2. One 11x17 PDF Cover Sheet
3. One 11x17 PDF Detailed Concept Plan Sheet
4. Two 11x17 PDF Concept Perspective Plan Sheets
5. Concept Review Client Meeting (via Phone if not local) - 3 Revisions allowed
6. Two 11x17 PDF Planting and Specification Plan Sheets
7. One 11x 17 PDF Landscape Lighting and Specification Plan Sheet
After purchase of the Gold Plan Set a contract will be sent to you. It will need to be signed and sent back to Oasis before work can commence. An agreed upon time will be set for our initial client meeting where we can discuss clients expectations, goals, and the program elements as needed. In addition, the client will need to provide photographs, survey, and architecture plans (if applicable) of proposed project site within two weeks or Oasis will use digital media where possible and provide relative grades for plans.
